VERY smooth animation filmguy! It looks amazing. 
The only problem was it might have been slightly different settings, like a different quality when you animated it and when you actually exported it, giving it the slightly tall and stretched look to the minifigs.

love it, very smooth and you eased the animation in and out very well. I know it sounds weird but I love the camera noise, it makes it very filmy!
