Re: What was the last movie you watched?

American Graffiti

Pretty nice film.

American Psycho

...and now over to a completely other film. I thought it was entertaining, but when I first heard of it I thought it would be more blood and gore than it was. and the off-camera vilonce made me feel outside of the the film, like it was breaking the 4th wall.

2001: A Space Odyssey.

This film was, and still is one of the best science fiction films ever made. I still can't belive it was made in the 60's.

Saw
A lot better than I thought - especially since I picked it up on DVD for 50p! I was surprised by what was a really engaging and interesting story! They should make more of these.

17 again...

it's time they show better movies in a plane... only the parts with Matthew Perry were funny.

Inglourious Bast*rds (darn filter)

This truly is Quentin Tarantino's best film to date!
Christoph Waltz was amazing.

District 9

... C'mon Neil, direct the Halo movie. Please?

Strange film. Strange trip. Totally deconstructed protagonist. Love this south korean film.

2010: The Year We Made Contact.

This film really explained much more what happened in the first film. The cold war didn't fit in, though. really had some nice effects, but I still like 2001 better.

Inglorious Bast*rds

This is great, it's not quite Pulp Fiction good, but it is definitely one of Quentin Tarantino's best. Just go see it, a review wouldn't do it justice.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Independence Day

This really was an entertaining invasion film. But I can't get how americans do it. I mean, I get all the cinematography and effects and such, but I don't get how they can make themselves the ones who seves the world in every film the make.

The filmed is set on America's Independence day, so it would seem patriotic and appropriate to make the American's win.

I seriously think that five, six, or whatever they are on now is way more than enough.

Finally saw it and loved it! Very clever and intriguing throughout. I can't believe they got Kevin Spacy to sit in that box for all that time though!
Did I mention I talked to the director on Twitter? It is a real form of communication, promise!!! mini/tongue

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Did you see it in a theater? I've been wanting to see that movie for so long, but it hasn't been playing anywhere near me, and unfortunately now, it's probably no longer in circulation. I guess I'll have to wait for the DVD.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Inglorious B*stards (1978)
I'm sure the new movie will be a lot better than the old one, because worse than this is almost impossible. The worst about this movie is the acting. It's more a 70's movie mixed up with a world war 2 movie, so unrealistic. 1/10.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Race To Witch Mountain
It was kinda cute, but nothing I'd see in theatres. Saw it on Payperview, as my brother and mom were watching it with me

Pink Panther 2
It was funny. I thought the Italian dude would be bad.

Trading Places
Hilarious. Eddie Murphy is awesome.
