Superman Returns

The 3rd time i've been forced to watch it, and it's the biggest piece of fantastic fail that i have ever seen.

If by some holy miracle you haven't seen it, Don't watch it.

I saw it recently, and while it was interesting, it never really grabbed me.

Inglorious !@#$%^&*

I really don't know what to say. It was I guess a fun movie but you start feeling for your own sanity when you and the rest of the cinema start laughing at some of the more violent stuff in the film. I couldn't help let out a little cheer when a certain someone died. The gory parts of the film to were met with laughter from the cinema. If the film had to say anything then I guess it would be everyone is capable of a monster this was shown through the characters and through the audience reactions.

G. I. Joe
Hilarious! Very delightful, but still fun. This was probably the hockey-est movie ever. Definitely not a movie for lover's of writing (Bad guy had money to make a super huge lair, complete with everything a lair could need, but had to borrow money to make weapons for and then steal them from the good guys [major plot of the first half of the movie, they even had the same technology applied to their individual soldiers that they apparently didn't have the funding to make on a large scale]?)
There were enough explosions to keep me occupied, the dialog and acting were horrible, but it's what I was expecting. It actually reminded me of Saturday morning cartoons, so I guess it wasn't so bad.

I just kinda spouted stuff about the film after having time to think about it. I'm sure you'll read. Inglorious !@#$%^&*

NOTE: I was going to post a link to the page of the review (that's just a link to the entire blog) but because bast.e.r.d.s (minus .'s obviously) is in the link name it re-writes the link and then doesn't find the page, if you get what I mean. Interesting. mini/blankexpression

Just saw Inglourious !@#$%^&*
Yes it is a Tarantino film, the typical violence, the foot fetish, the dialogues, but a lot of the german actors killed parts of it. They just couldn't give me the feeling of watching one of his films. On the top: Til Schweiger. One of the worst actors I know. At least Tarantino made me think for a few seconds, that Schweiger is a good actor...
Not sure if it is a must-see.

Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

This was actually my first time seeing this film; and I wasn't disappointed. It had the same feel, humor, and quality of the original shorts. Wallace and Gromit are the dynamic duo. Period.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Last movie I saw (which was a while ago actually) was Ali G in da House. A lot funnier than I expected, though I still think his interviews are by far his funniest as Ali G. "Bombshacalaca!" (zat how you spell it?)

Aliens In The Attic

I expected it to be terrible, but it was o.k.

The Sum of All Fears

Probably my least favorite Jack Ryan film, but it was still good. The cinematography was really good, as well as the story. I loved the last scene with Nessun Dorma as the background music. My heart soared when the car blew up just as the music swelled. Excellent.

3.5/5

Unbreakable

Amazing cinematography. Great story. I just love this film.

4.5/5

Inglourious B*st*rds

A great entertaining Tarentini movie. The acting is really great in this movie, especially Brad Pitt and Christoph Waltz. Christoph Waltz of course won best actor at Cannes mini/smile . The weakest point of the film must be the crazy storyline, it's entertaining but it didn't really feel like A tarentino movie to me. But it's definatly one you got to watch in Theatres.

I give it 4 out of 5 glasses of milk.

Btw: I had the unfortunate to have some stupid chi chi lady next to me, text messaging at the end of the movie. yes, it's really annoying, the typing, the light of the phone shyining in my eyes, and the music that says you received a text message.

District 9

Whoa, that was intense. Extraordinarily told story, loved the documentary style of it.

Spoiler (click to read)

Couldn't help but feel bad for Mikus in the end, though. I don't think he deserved any of what happened to him.

Kung Fu Panda
Wow, that was beutiful. Not the story or anything, but the scenery and animation. The bridge part was my favorite, because of the effects. They really did a good job with that. I wish DreamWorks would make more films like this.

I owe that film for so much, like my quest for more cartoon-y animation in brickfilms, and the disco scene in Title is Irrelevant. I would never have found that music if it weren't for this film's trailer.

Plus it's good for the lulz.

That IS the most annoying thing in the world. Watch the second video on here, about 4 minutes in to see what Quentin has to say about it... haha.
