Okay criticisms:
The Camera was out of focus, you need to focus it on whatever.
make sure your sets are secured down with tape or tac, and also the same with your camera to avoid bumps.
Block any light coming in from windows or tv's, don't wear a white t-shirt, and try to stick to using at least 2 lamps to light your set to avoid light flicker
Try not to let us see your desk
What camera do you use? this will help us decide if it is worth using to animate with.

Dont use Windows Movie Maker! There are plenty of free animation programs out there. Try MonkeyJam.
i use a SONY SUPER steady shot digital camera
so for wmm is the best free program for it i've found

If you animate using an animating software, you'll realise how much easier and better the final result is.

It's the best you KNOW, there are a lot of better programs like Monkey Jam, and Anaza...zazi... ahh forget it!
