5 frame feels better just because it's not too fast and not too slow.
@DVS: There's a tutorial around here somewhere...
6 frame = normal walk
4 frame = speed walk
6 frame = normal walk
4 frame = speed walk
Depends on your framerate.
Personally, I prefer 6 frame walks.
