Though you can clearly see that the animation is for a walk test, the speed makes him look like he is running.
Besides that, good job.
That was a run cycle you used right there - not a walk cycle.
Rename it from Short Walk Test to Short Run Test. Its to fast to be a walk cycle.
Hmmm.... I think you should use more steps, other than that, it was good. A little practice, and you'll be top notch. The best thing to do, is never give up, keep at it. 
Apparently, none have you have never seen me walk.
The camera quality was good, but there was 2 set bumps, and it looked like a run test. Maybe if you slow the fps down. I think I know what you were trying to pull off, it looked like you were trying to make it look like Ancient Brick's walk cycle?
But anyway, it was a improvement.
It was too fast, even for a run test.
