It's actually good for a first.
There's some lightflicker, but that's not where the test is about.
The Walkcycle is a bit jumpy, and he goes a bit too fast.
You should keep the back of the minifigure straight and maybe one frame more in each step.

There were a few set bumps and flicker, but for a beginner nice job!
