Partners get a small amount per view, which is just a page load, and a larger amount for a clickthrough to an ad.

I get that he was suspended, too.
I feel bad for the kid because he has thousands of people hating on him, but he really just made the situation worse by responding to the hate. And what did he expect when he said "I used to be gay" when people were already making fun of him 
But they were pretty funny to watch, the kid is obviously clueless.
