Chloe is Calling
A young boy receives a phone call from a girl who had supposedly died, tying the events before and after the tragedy together. As a result, the boy learns more about the past, while the girl plans ahead for the future.
I am not sure if the plot holds up to more thorough analysis but I found the film very enjoyable, dramatic and occasionally comedic. It was like a real youth film from the 80’s, kind of. 
(I could appreciate the twists to the story, they were very effective even if they might not make sense)

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the twist was too obvious since I made various hints throughout. Hopefully upon rewatching, it would make a little more sense to you.
