It's not a bad film, and contains some great advice. The only problem is that it comes off a little "preachy." I think it would have benefitted from more "show" and less "tell." Narratives tend to carry more power than simple, plain facts, so a short story of a guy with no sleep going through the day. He could be presented with more story details, and less like a montage, to better draw people in.
However, I found the "poor decision making" to be funny, and sleeping in class is a very relatable problem. Great choices!
