The bullet hole through the head effect looked a little bit cheesy, but that lighting is crazy good. I love how it's lit only through a window rather than unseen ceiling lights. Also, it really makes it feel like morning which really fits with a man getting some coffee.

Thanks! The lighting was just a simple one lamp setup with the lamp pressed up to the window. For the bullet hole, I wanted it to be fully over the top, I thought it added a more gruesome stylisation that ontrasts to the the rest of the film.
Yeah, the lighting was great! I thought the bullet hole effect was well done, but maybe unexpected aesthetically.
Thank you! As I said above, the contrast in aesthetic was the look I went for however it's to the viewers interpretation on whether it works or not
