I've been working on sorting my LEGO bricks sense the week before THAC. I have currently stacked over 3000 bricks including over 1000 2x1 bricks. My fingers are a little sore...

Yah, I've really messed up my finger tips before handling LEGO for hours on end.

Rivvm m, what do you mean by stacked? Did you stack similar bricks and pieces on top of each other rather than sort them into bins?
Galactic Films, I have been sorting my brick similar to how they do it in the link below. I am using both bins and stacks depending on the type of brick.

The Oscars are disappointing a lot of people lately.
-I don't think they are racist though. There were a few performances by black actors that were well done, but not the best. I don't see why people are boycotting just because the person to get nominated wasn't. I'm disappointed Johnny Depp was ignored for Black Mass, but I'm not in a fit about it.
-The peanuts movie should have been in there
-Mad Max for the win.
- The revenant was boring. Don't see why it is up for best picture. Leo for the win. I feel that if he doesn't win, there will be a pointless riot somewhere.

I really don't give much thought about the Oscars to be honest! I know plenty of people who proclaim that it is the 'most uber film award ceremony of all time', but that is just an opinionated statement that has been oversaturated for years now.

Oh yeah, I remember now that I was miffed about that. Couldn't put my finger on what it was earlier.
I'm still not over the LEGO movie snub last year.
Although, I'm still really happy about all of the nominations for The Martian. I didn't see many movies last year, but that one was pretty solid all around. I really did enjoy it.
Damon all the way.
I also would be really pleased to see it win best picture since no science fiction film has ever won in that category in all these years, which is rather sad considering how many great science fiction films have been released over the last 80 years.
(Also only one fantasy film has ever won, that being The Return of the King)

My thought: Oh, the Osacars are happening?
Guess I'm not very up to date with my current events.
I wonder if there are any potential applications in Brickfilming?
I'll bet you could get the effect to animate if you used a circular polarizing filter and rotated it. I think I may need to do some shopping.
Everyone knows what I do on Oscar night. And it's not watch the Oscars.
Because I live in Eastern Time, I'll probably skip it. They usually end terribly late for me, and I prefer to get a good night's rest.

Been hitting my local Dirtcheep lately because I've been finding some amazing deals on Lego lately! I found two of these for $5.30 apiece in excellent condition! I also found the Spider Droid Microfighter for $5 with all the parts intact. And about a month ago I got the Ezra's Speeder bike and TIE Interceptor Microfighter for $15 total!
