The Letter

I made this not to long ago, and was very proud of it. I used a lot of camera angles throughout the film and was very happy of the result.

I'd love to get some feedback on it and how I can improve on it and what you guys think of it.

Re: The Letter

The cuts in the film didn't work very well for me, there was a lot of jump cuts that felt very out of place.

Another thing you should try to keep in mind is that you should try to keep each actor on one side of the screen to make it easier for audiences to track where they are visually in the conversation. For example the dude in grey starts on the left side of the frame in the wide shot yet when we cut to a close up he is on the right side with the purple armed guy on the left side, this is visually confusing. Do some research on the 180 degree rule and you can make your cuts a lot smother in the future.

Keep up the good work, practicing makes perfect mini/smile

I just realized that.. thank you for letting me know!!!
I am aware of the 180 degree rule, and I didn't even realize I complete let that pass in this one.. I was honestly going for something different putting in a lot more variety of shots but yeah I'll deffs keep that more in mind in future.
