Would a red hand connected to a black torso count as the mod element? I'm just checking because it is crucial to my brickfilm.
I just have to export my video, upload it on youtube, write my subtitles and i send my brickfilm. 
Just one question, when could I set my video in public ?

This counts as containing the MOD element.

Your video can be set to public after the deadline. Keep it unlisted before then.

Funsucker does the film have to be thirty seconds or longer or do you have to have thirty seconds of ANIMATION?
There must be at least 30 seconds of animation in the film. There is no maximum length.

Do you mean Youtube's processing after you upload?
If so, it's still possible to grab the link as it's processing and submit it. it just won't be viewable until it's done.
It's done ! The upload is finish ! I'm going to do the subtitles and i send it !
