Topic: Walking & movement test

Hello,

I'm working on my Insomnia series, part one is completed and now i'm working on part two. I want to improve and make a better stop motion video. Before i move on and make the video, i made sort of a test. It should be a part of the video, spoiler alert

So... what do you think? I also have a question.
I can't get rid of the light flickr. I tried to hide behind some plates, but it didn't work. Even when i walk away from the set and remote control my camera, i still have this annoying light flickr. You have some tips for me?

I'll appreciatie feedback a lot. Thanks!

Re: Walking & movement test

That was good. The movements were all fine and the animation was fairly smooth. The light flicker wasn't that noticeable in my opinion, but it could be attributed to a number of factors: your camera, your settings, your lights, etc.

Re: Walking & movement test

Make sure what you're wearing isn't reflecting light at all. Pretty much black clothes will guarantee this doesn't happen. Also, your camera setting should be manually set to ensure that they don't change between each shot. The things you want to keep constant are things like aperture value, shutter speed (this shouldn't change automatically), ISO (sensitivity), white balance, etc. I'm not saying you have to set them all by hand, but as long as the settings are set to where they won't change on you, you should be fine. Also make sure your light source doesn't flicker or change. Anyways, the animation isn't bad, and there wasn't really anything bad to pull out of it.
