Topic: Green Screen Test

Since some of the scenes in my next brickfilm take place on a spaceship, it would probably be a good idea to make it look like it was actually in space. So, I tested out the "green screen" that I've had for a few months now.

While I'm not unhappy with the way this test turned out, I know it definitely could use a lot of improvement. Feedback is very much appreciated. mini/smile

Re: Green Screen Test

The first shot was very well green screened.  But after that it got a bit clunky.  I would suggest moving the green screen further away from the set to eliminate any reflections from the screen onto the set.

My profile picture is deep fried lol

Re: Green Screen Test

I second Brick Block in that you should move the green screen as far back as possible in order to avoid green reflections on the set. Otherwise, it looked pretty decent in my opinion, especially for a first test.

Re: Green Screen Test

Thanks for the feedback! I moved the set back about four studs and quite a bit of the reflection went away.

I agree. I think that one looks the best because it's only a singe image, not an animated shot. I'll probably end up just doing things that way for the final film.
