You'd be surprised by how many people hadn't/haven't heard that.   I sincerely hope that's still being scribbled on grade-school bathroom walls wherever English is spoken. The humor of constipation/incontinence should be introduced at an early age. heh heh

And if there are any foreign-language equivalents of this rhyme out there that anybody can share, please do! I think this'd be great in French or German as well.
