Hey guys, I need some advice on my first stop motion video. Thanks!

Re: Lego X-Men:Wolverine vs Magneto

You're taking a relatively decent number of frames, but could be running them at a higher frames-per-second to make the final shots less juddery. There was some set bump/camera shake too - maybe tape/tack your set down if you aren't already doing so, and try not to nudge your camera when filming. A tripod really helps with that. Hope this helps!

Please do not post your film twice. I've merged this with the original post.

As for advice, jampot summed it up pretty well. A higher framerate and a camera that moves a bit less would be a good start.

Nice use of the edge of frame to create the illusion of Magneto lifting the car!

Re: Lego X-Men:Wolverine vs Magneto

This is a nice first animation! Definitely better than my first!

Your walk cycle was pretty good, but it could have been sped up along with some of the other movements. Another good tip for making your animation smoother would be the ease in and ease out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XrRJAiIepY
The set could have been a bit more interesting and detailed.

Overall really, it's still really good for a first animation.

Keep it up!
