Topic: Slow Walk Test

I realized after some of you were kind enough to point out that my minifigs were walking a little too fast in my last film

so I decided to test out some things to see if I can slow down the walk cycle.
I use money jam and i usually film at 16 frames per second. I tried to double that and see what it would look like.

Also I filmed it on the set of my new movie, so this is like a preview of my newest movie. mini/wink

Let me know what you all think. Thanks! mini/bigsmile

Re: Slow Walk Test

I prefer the first walk cycle. The second walk feels a bit too fast still. Also, it might to helpful to implement arm movement alongside the leg movement.

Keep at it, AJV. Walk cycles are incredibly tricky to animate.

Re: Slow Walk Test

That was A LOT better. The first walk cycle was awesome and I recommend using it in your films.

Re: Slow Walk Test

Thank you for all your input so far! The first was the newest while the second was 16 frames per second.
Glad you like it so far. I will work more on walking cycles. mini/smile
