Not bad! The muzzle flares worked well. Was that cotton on the desk to simulate smoke? The animation was fairly smooth too. The white balance or something really messed up on the ending shot, though. It was really washed out and the colors were not vivid.
Pretty darn good. The only piece of animation that didn't work was when the guys head fell sideways, that should have been much faster, and had more acceleration to it. Other than that the animation was quite good, especially the way the guy handled the shotgun at the beginning.
Thanks guys
About the White balance and the colours, these are the disadvantages of using an iPad for animation ![]()
And yeah it was one of the those cotton ball things ![]()
Camera switched too fast. Slow it down a touch - it gave me a headache.
I try to go for a fast style, I personally prefer really quick action but I could try some slower shots ![]()
Ya. Im not say 30 second shots - just add half a second to the faster ones so the eye can actually focus on what the camera is pointed at.
Excessive yucky stuff at the end but i was warned. I gave it 4 stars. It was entertaining, engaging and dynamic.
I'll try and completely remake the test with slightly longer shots ![]()
