Mike Brick, the Police Chase Series villain, escapes from prison once again. Confusing the confounded police of Lego City. The new chief of Police, Chief Swavorski, plans to stop Mike Brick even if it is the last thing he could ever do. Mike meets with his new companion and friend, Dr. Ledronimo, an evil scientist.
