For about two years now, I've been creating a film titled "John Small: Industries of Terror". I'm currently in the animation stage, and it is going pretty well. I have had a few unfortunate speedbumps, the current being problems with light effects. The filmed is planned to be at least an hour and 20 minutes long, which accounts for the long production time. As of right now, as far as I know it could be the biggest brickfilm to ever hit the internet. I won't give a lot of it away, but I'd like to gather a growing audience for it as it is being produced.
I have been working on an idea for my next feature film. It revolves around a Nobel prize winning scientist named
Walter Blackwell who seems to have it all until his wife suddenly dies and the hard reality sets in that
that for everything he has achieved he realizes that he really has nothing.
And he realizes because he never had children who would carry on his legacy?
Walter sets out to build his legacy and in doing so realizes the price he must pay
in leaving a legacy behind.
My story idea is a civil war epic about two brothers who fight on opposite sides on the conflict, showing their perspectives, why they separated, the campaign they are involved in, and the battle in which they come face to face again. For more information on this, see the pre-production link: http://www.bricksinmotion.com/forums/to brickfilm/
It's not a full idea yet, but I got the CMF Hun Warrior the other day, and now kind of want to do a short brickfilm surrounding Hunnic mythology, but that is also historical. There's a lot to take inspiration from, but I'm not exactly sure what to do yet. Not my usual oddball comedy, though - I'd want this to have a more severe tone.
It's a period of history I don't know much about, and definitely one that is rarely considered for fantasy.
Hey Jampot,
I did some research and though this link may help you.
It provides how the huns sleep, when they arrived and who they are, and there technique at fighting.
I think you'll find it intriguing.
Hope it helps.
Sincerely,
Divine.
Ohhh my!
I'm sorry about that Jampot.. I got excited to provide you a useful link and out of the excitement it must have slipped my mind luckily tho the link is still on my browser so here you go

Sorry about that!
Sincerely,
Divine.
This idea may take a while to come together, but what if Torchwood confiscated the Tardis from the Doctor and sent the Terminator to deal with all the anomalies and aliens?
Ladies and Gentlemen (mostly gentlemen) I give you:
Terminator Who?

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH I'M FROM FINLAND YEEEAAAAA
I have a little idea, of a funny star wars stop motion, in which Yoda is a hobo and tries to get money by begging. Kylo ren runs by and asks Yoda to make him a cool lightsaber. Yoda makes him the medieval looking lightsaber, Kylo ren gives Yoda some money and runs away. Then you can see in the background 2 jedis are chasing Kylo ren.
Yoda then goes to the space McDonalds (Or because copyright, DarthDonalds.)
Yoda orders some chicken Darthnuggets, but unfortunately the nuggets are all gone. Yoda then epicly makes a carrot into a lightsaber and starts wrecking the place. C-3po who works at DarthDonalds, goes to the boss of DarthDonalds, Darth Vader, and says something like: Sir, we have a problem. Then Vader goes to see Yoda and they fight.
A plot would be nice.
Darthnuggets! love it!

While fun, it's quite a disjointed idea; the bit with Kylo Ren is wrapped up, and then the rest sounds like a whole other story without any real flow. I'd also avoid just having it end in "they fight", it's not particularly fulfilling and honestly doesn't fit with the tone you've establishing, unless it's more of a comedic, slapstick fight. It just sounds like a lighstaber/carrot duel from your description.
It might honestly be better to split this in two. Have the Kylo Ren bit be one brickfilm, then the DarthDonalds bit be a second. The first could lead into the second, as it sets up Yoda getting the money, but as one brickfilm this might feel odd.
I have this idea for a zombie movie called,"Lone", about a kid who is seperated from his mom in a baracaded are with guns and supplies, he finds audio journals from the dead body he finds, still in scripting phase, I dont have lego Zoms. I don't know what to do.:|
It's not really a story idea but I want to create a star wars episode 4 A New Hope trailer and if that goes well recreating the movie scene by scene but I'm worried about all the copyright issues with that because I'll be using the audio. Does anyone know anything about the copyright stuff in that situation?
