The lighting was a dark, and the focus was off a lot, but I like the feel of the film. It kind of reminds me of the old stop motion movies like Ralph S. Mouse.

I really loved the shot in front of the window with the moving shadow, did you shoot that as a time lapse or did all the movements basically take the same amount of time to keep the shadow moving at a consistent pace?

Yes, all the movement basically took the same ammount of time to keep the shadow moving at a consistent pace.
