I know this is a trailer but you should think about your set a bit.  Your sets are nearly always a base plate plus a wall plate.  Some trees, a light post, fire hydrant, flowers ... those sorts of things.  I've got the same base plate you have in that trailer and I know there is room for that stuff.  mini/smile
