Nice. Small amount of camera movement - or perhaps the set is flexing a little bit. Good animation and a quality camera. ![]()
Camera shake. It's my number one pet peeve in stop-motion, as it makes a film so hard to watch. You're animation isn't bad, but you've got to lock down your camera and set to make your animation easily watchable.
Decent animation, yeah. Production values are pretty good. I'm guessing you have camera shake because you're touching the camera to take each frame or something? Either way you may want to look into locking it down better and/or capturing the images remotely.
The other things I noticed are the white balance is a little off, making things look sort of yellowy and the camera is tilted to one side in every shot. I would recommend having the camera level with the surface of the set so it does not look crooked, unless you have a really good artistic reason to tilt it for a particular project.
I don't like to get too nitpicky about technical work, but there is definitely a minimum level of quality that is important in order to allow people not to be distracted by technical work while they watch your film, so that people can focus on and seriously evaluate the storytelling.
