Apologies for only 2 seconds - I really thought I had more than that.
I'm practicing the pace of the moves and the camera shake.
I think the shake is too often - and by that I mean I might "shake in twos" 
so the camera moves half as often (but by the same amount).
Thoughts?
It's a lot better than some that I've seen, but it is quick. Slow down the shakes a bit, and it will be great 
Thanks. I think you're right. Ill also make it less random and more deliberate.
