Topic: Happy Independence Day!

Ok, so it's a bit late, and several of you have already seen it, but here it is anyway.

Happy Independence Day!

Youtube

This is what happens when I randomly decide to make an entire film in one day.
Please enjoy the random fun and unrealistically reloading guns.

Re: Happy Independence Day!

I really liked the premise, however the guns that didn't need to reload troubled me a bit. Animation was good, except for the blowback when firing the guns. All the guys would do is lean back a bit. It isn't really a big deal though, so that's not too much to worry about. Despite the various problems with the guns..this is still a very enjoyable film for the holiday.

Re: Happy Independence Day!

You're not the only one to mention it, apparently I didn't realize that the semi-auto guns would be that big of a deal.
It was there to keep a quick flow to the story, establish everything, then get to the end in a timely and easily animated manner. Still, I'll try to remember to not brush over little details like that, at least in historical shorts.
Sorry.
