Howdy, Skrins, rioforce, welcome to BiM!
Hey guys,
I'm new here (well, I've been registered for several months, but only started being active 3 days ago).
I'm a christian brickfilmer, who loves making LEGO castle-themed brick films.
You can check out my YouTube channel if you'd like (the link is in my signature).
I hope to learn many new animation techniques from you all, as well as enhance my film-making skills.

Hello! Welcome to BiM, I also love castle themed brickfilms, so I hope to see some from you.
Glad to have another enthusiastic brickfilmer among us, Welcome to BIM .
Thank you for all the warm welcomes everyone.
Grretings. New to forum and im at the "learning" stage of brick filming. Im 42yo from Australia - evidence that adults do brick films.
Ive done quite a few choppy 10 second films because i never had a real idea or plan so i used any excuse to film and results were awful to watch. I discovered i dont like doing voices, music, sound or any audio and that severely limited what i could do. I shelved my stop motion pro for 2 years.
Im going to shamelessly admit that taking my kids to The Lego Movie got them involved in stop mo. They gave up quickly, as kids do, and ive now reignited my passion. . That disliking audio thing - its still there, but i found an answer. Im now loving recreating movie scenes from my favourite movies using the audio, including the voices, from the movie and re-enacting that scene. I have a lot of bad clips but i do have one good clip im not embarrased to share so ill do that in the correct section.
Im still on a learning curve and im hoping you guys can help out from time to time and eventually share projects (i really dont like doing audio). Cheers and thanks.
Welcome togfox! You should be able to find a healthy amount of people willing to voice act and even a few composers in the audio section
Hey there guys new to the site!
I have some knowledge of brickfilming, and lego and animation is my passion.
I was actually having some difficulty with my camera and dragonframe if anyone could help me please check the software and hardware section (Sorry I know this isn't part of the thread)
But otherwise loving the site so far! looks like a lot of great brickfilmers and people alike!
Sincere regards,
Divine.

Welcome to the kool kid club.
The biggest thing I love about brickfilming is the overwhelming kindheartedness and familiarity of the community. I am not exactly a new brickfilmer, but recently I have been becoming more and more active. I've been at this since 2008, and I've improved a vast amount since then. (Going back and listening to my old voice.. ) I love feeling welcome in the community, and it really motivates me to keep on going with this. And to anyone else who is considering picking this up as a hobby, all I have to say is NO REGRETS.
Hello, my name is Elias, or Eli, for short. I own Texas Cheeto Hog Studios (No, I don't live in Texas, the name is just handy for throwing off stalkers). Actually, the name was derived during a long, somewhat boring story I won't post unless anyone is interested. I focus primarily on action, adventure, or drama brick films. I prefer for people not to swear (in forums or in brick films), and enjoy deep, meaningful movies (though I also like some comedy). I hope that I will be able to bring great things to the brick filming community, and that one day I will become a professional director.
Welcome to Bricks in Motion, texas_cheeto_hog! I believe Jonn already referred you to the rules, so I won't repeat that for you. I hope you have a great time here at BiM!
Hey guys. I am new to BiM...and brickfilming altogether, but please watch my videos, for I can guarantee you that they are not the worst brickfilms in the world.
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, ZP! Welcome back!
