Topic: My Knights' Kingdom Main Theme (OST), Feedback?
So I haven't done ANYTHING with my Knights' Kingdom film for about a month, and the script still isn't finished, blame life for getting in the way. The only thing I've done is compose a main theme for the film. I've never really used a keyboard before, I play piano and guitar but I'm new to actually recording with a MIDI keyboard plugged into a computer.
I plugged my grandma's Casio something-or-other-210-whatever keyboard into Garageband on my computer and recorded and layered a couple different instruments in Garageband. Because this is the first time actually using Garageband and my first time being able to make music and record it in layers (I hadn't borrowed the keyboard before) I'd really appreciate any feedback you can give.
I want the film to be spectacular, hopefully, and that includes the soundtrack. That's not the entire theme, there's a few more small parts to it and I've started a theme for Vladek. Do you think I should try to sound more 'orchestral'? Maybe more horns and strings? If anything, maybe I'd do the melody with trumpets and then have french horns and strings make up the rest of it? Right now I think the main problem is that it sounds kind of busy, like there's too many layers at once.
I'm not positive what would be the best way to do it so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
I'd suggest wearing headphones when listening.

Thanks for any suggestions!
edit: this is also my first time uploading anything to Sound Cloud, please let me know if there's anything wrong with it
