Good set design, but your fps is way too low. You need to shoot more photos and you need to have them play faster, so that you get smoother animation. What do you edit your films with currently?

Use MonkeyJam for each shot, and then put all the shots into WMM and edit sound and stuff there. WMM's highest framerate is really low and not good for animation. At all.
