A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those from?

Re: The Animation Challenge

I'd love the next challenge to be integrating CGI into stopmotion!

Re: The Animation Challenge

I would kind of like "Bullet-Time".

Re: The Animation Challenge

Congrats everyone! Glad I at least got 2nd

EDIT: Bullet time is extremely difficult - I used to do it a lot in my BIONICLE videos, and sometimes I got it almost right but most of the time it failed.

Here's a good example of stop-motion bullet-time. Obviously, it took them a lot more time than an Animation Challenge deadline mini/smile

I'd quite like it if we had a Rebrick-esque challenge, for the people who missed the actual Rebrick. You know, build one thing (e.g. a car) into another (e.g. a giant laser cannon). That might be cool, but it's all up to the winner.

Re: The Animation Challenge

I think a morphing challenge would be, well, challenging!

Re: The Animation Challenge

Well, since you didn't put my name in the results, I assume that means I got last place, right?

Re: The Animation Challenge

I won!! Yay! Will try to get a new challenge up soon. mini/smile

Re: The Animation Challenge

Here is the new challenge:

Doors and Windows
Deadline: March 1

The goal of this is to animate a door or a window the best you can. Just try to use different techniques such as after-bounce. Hope this makes sense mini/smile

Re: The Animation Challenge

Wait, I don't get it. What do we do with the doors and windows?

The goal is to animate doors or windows. I have found that you can learn a lot of different animation techniques by animating these thing opening or closing. Hope this helps and if you think this idea is horrible them I can change the challenge mini/smile

Re: The Animation Challenge

I'm not entirely sure I get this...
