Or both.
I'm not liking how the mouth on
is getting curved. He looks kind of idiotic the way he is now, and I find that funny. And the only problem I have with the new Mr Green emote is the eyes and mouth. They should stay the way they were originally.
Oh, and Sean, what program are you using for the animated emotes? People might want to know.
Jimmy, do you mean this?
Hey, that's great.
-Jimmybob
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll work on some of the requested ones as well as updating the ones people have submitted now.
I'm using adobe fireworks for these.
And Littlebrick, he have gone with the superman smile (seems the best way to describe it). See post number 133, there's a collection of all the emotes worth using so far.

Coming right up, Schlaeps! I'm glad to hear they may actually be taken into consideration as forum emotes!
Although i don't see anything wrong with
... Could you tell me in more detail what you think is wrong with it? Also, Sméagols
is pretty damn fine. I think it's an improvement on both mine and the old one. The updated
is below.
Sméagol, try making the cool one with the back sunnies from
Here's a round up of all of the emotes so far that I think are worth using, just to make them easier to find.

Added some newer emotes.
Oh, shiz that's a lot! So, did you like mine?
It's supposed to represent speechless... ness.

Here's a "blunty" Mr Green.
My list at the moment:
Two-face - done]
Eye twitch - done]
Feeling sick - done]
Shaking head "no" - done]
Nodding "yes" - done]
Raising a single eyebrow - done]
Lifting glasses down
Moronic smile
Aaron, I did like the idea of a speechless one so I updated it slightly and put it in. It's to the left of the spam emote.

I moved my post to the Community thread if you want to see how to make .gifs.

I tried at doing an animated one (and one of my favorite ones) the "shrug" emoticon:
![]()

Nice tutorial, ManVan. Just two things I'd like to add: The eyebrow shading color on the new emotes has a lighter shade when it goes over the shine on the head. Take one of mine with eyebrows and zoom in, you'll see it
Also, in Microsoft Paint there's a secret zoom level. Underneath the 8x zoom, there's a small line of "invisible" pixels. It's only one pixel tall, but if you click it, you'll zoom in 10x.
I was just going to say that it's such a good (and long!) tutorial that I think it's deserving of it's own thread. Could you copy the whole thing into a new thread and edit your post here to link to it? I don't mean to be rude, but I do think it would be better if it had it's own thread for people to comment on it and show their self-made emotes.
The shrug emote is cool, Imperial. I'll put that one on my list.

Thats why GIMP isn't good for animation. I would have had him slowly melt away, and stay Skull for a few seconds. But GIMP can't do that, can it? NO!!!!

Yeah, actually I could do that in GIMP.

Here's the sick emote, which I made to be very close to Blunty's.

Made another one, it's not so good.

Maybe with the GAP, but not too many have mastered it.

I don't really see the point of that one, Aaron...
Here's yes and no.

Ah, crud. I screwed up. The growing black parts were supposed to be blue, meaning that we was drooling.
EDIT: Is it okay if I use the emoticons on my site?

As long as you credit me and/or link to brickheadproductions.com somewhere on your site, it's fine.
Here's one raising one eyebrow.

I'll add a drooling one to my list.
