Clay, I guess. Then you might even be able to animate it. That would be pretty cool!

This is the Ice Vampire again, here using his magic to conjure snow. It's a still from a VFX test, but I thought I'd put it here anyway. Not really a frame from an upcoming film, so I guess it fits. I like it.
Wow, I love that shot. I also really like the Ice Vampire character (and the rest of the the Vampire Council--especially Heinrich and the necromancer dude, although he's a bit hard to see in that picture.... BTW which head did you use for him?).
Also, this is slightly off-topic, but regarding Heinrich, I'd suggest you change the name as it isn't quite grammatically correct (I speak German). It's true that stehlen does mean steal, but it's the infinitive form ("to steal") so it wouldn't be used as a surname. As such, it would grammatically correct to call him Blutstehler (i.e. "one who steals blood"). However, Stehler isn't really used as a word in German (just like you don't really say "stealer" in English). So I think it would be even better to call him Blutdieb ("blood-thief") or Bluträuber ("blood-robber"). By the way, these words mean pretty much the same as their English equivalents, so I'd suggest using Dieb if he's a more stealthy vampire, or Räuber if he tends to use physical force more often.
Incidentally, are these oing to become part of the BFCU?

It isn't meant to be totally accurate, it was just supposed to have the plosive 'Blut' at the beginning, and then I Google Translated the rest, but I like Bluträuber much better. I used to learn German but gave up when I couldn't do it at GCSE level...
And yes, they'll be part of the BFCU. I have a whole bunch of ideas for ways of including them, but I'll put them up when I put them all in the character thread.
This is the Snatcher:

I'm not exactly sure what he is, but he's a generally happy pleasant cheerful creature who loves eating human children prepared in a variety of manners.
Snatcher Personally runs a food factory.
I kinda want to have a story featuring Snatcher, but I'm not sure exactly what I want to happen.
He is wonderfully creepy. He actually reminds me a bit of The Maw, a similar sort of character I came up with--I think I described him to you already.
Incidentally, I think he'd make a great villain for our collaboration--assuming you'll be able to work on it, of course.
In any case, though, I don't think I'll be ever buying anything from his food factory... ![]()
Wow, he looks like Pale Man in a suit. It's brilliant!
Some characters I've made, which may possibly appear in my Mr. Vertigo brickfilm:

The Dread Pirate Archibald the Grim, one of the most feared and ruthless pirates in all of the Seven Skies.

This is his weird crew of pirates. I still need names for some of these.
From left to right: The First Mate, a rather nasty character; Boris the Barrel-Chested, the giant master gunner and strongest member of the crew; Lance Fangtalon, the sky-ship's engineer; Gregory, a goblin midget who, due to an inferiority complex stemming from his lack of height, wears lots of big hats; Mungo, a former bounty hunter and self-proclaimed King of the Simians; and Hassan Al-Rahkshi, a wannabe assassin who became a pirate instead after failing his entrance exams to the Honourable League of Assassins multiple times.

A nicely tilted picture of Mungo, which has a better view of his banana-gun.
Also, as a bonus, here's a random creepy minifig I made:

Not sure if I'll use him for anything, though.

Really love Mungo and Lance Fangleton's designs, especially the blade in Lance's mouth. And Hassan Al-Rahkshi is a nice little name-drop...
Does Mungo's banana gun actually fire bananas, or is the banana just decorative? Or does it fire a yellow beam that turns things into fruit? I am intrigued.
Glad you like them! Lance's last name is actually Fangtalon (as in Fang-Talon) though I might change it as I'm not 100% sure about it. I just randomly stuck the sword in his mouth, hehe (although I imagine he does sometimes carry it around like that, when boarding other ships for instance).
Mungo's gun fires actual bananas. There are several different sorts of bananas, such as ones that are really bouncy and like boomerangs and others which explode on impact. Having said that, I do like your "banana ray" idea...
Feel free to steal it. It was from a Ninjago video I was going to do a while ago, but have no intention of doing now.
I have some new pics to put up.

Oneiro
Master of nightmares, lord of waking-up-in-a-cold-sweat, and bearer of the dreaded Jackolantomb (the pumpkin thing he is holding).
A travelling magician who used to curse those who did not like his shows; he would leave a pumpkin on the doorstep of the houses he would punish the night before he visited them. Then he would unleash his nightmares from the Jackolantomb and collect his victims' ability to sleep soundly as compensation for their rudeness to him.
His powers mostly lie in dreams.
Here are some better pictures of the Vampire Council's members (excluding ol' Heinrich) including an updated Ice Vampire.

I think I preferred the old Ice Vampire...
I really like the necromancer vampire dude, though.
Yeah, I think I preferred the old one as well, it's just annoying that I keep having to switch the body back between him and Saruman all the time. Someone should just go ahead and buy me the $200 Orthanc set, that'd solve aaaaaalll my problems.
Obviously the Magneto is official, but I made White Queen/Emma Frost and Riptide (the one in First Class who makes cyclones), and then Phoenix, Cyclops and Iceman sort of how they appear in the movies. Sort of.

None of these were for an animation - I just thought they'd be a bit of fun to make, and they were, for about five minutes. Then I got bored and took them apart again #lol
This is a character from my universe, who is the ruler of a tribe of trolls which live on a small group of tropical islands. His full name is Emperor Augustus Owmyarm Jellybean-Flapjack Trollianous IV, Emperor of Greater and Lesser Koboldania, Defender of Trollkind, Annihilator of the Oppressed, Oh hear his name and tremble, etc., etc.

He's more of a minor character, though.
I love how well you've decorated him.
The left hand is a tad bland, though, it could do well with a complex shield of some sort.
Honestly, I think the coffee cup in his left hand is hilarious. Also, I love the name, and all of the decoration in general, great job with him. ![]()
Pretty neat set & adornment, Flying Minifig.
I was going to post a bunch of pix on Tumblr, but lost most of the files. However, one survived when I accidentally copied it to the desktop of my laptop PC, and it escaped the crash. Here is one view of a set for St. Hilarius Church, which will be seen in Holding Our Own: Episode 3.

By the way, St. Hilarius was a real saint who lived in the 5th century.

Wrong thread, that should really be in the sets and props thread, but I like the stain glass windows, their nicely done. The only thing is are the walls tall enough to shoot without getting the top in the frame? That would be my only concern.
Hey, Backyard Legos, I am sorry about posting in the wrong place... I actually thought I was in the PROPS & SETS thread. Addressing yr concern about the walls, though, I'm still building the set.
