Not bad. mini/smile

I think the shot at 0:38 was nicely done, the way you successfully moved the camera over like that. I also thought that the way you moved the characters around the set at 1:55 (without moving their legs) was weird, but pretty well done!

I think you did a good job on this! I love this film, by the way.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

A very funny scene from a very funny movie. I loved it. Brickfilms with little special effects always interest me, because it shows that some films can still be great without looking all flashy. This is a perfect example.

I gave it four stars! mini/smile

The only constructive criticism I can give is on the walking parts. Sometimes you move the characters on a board above the set, sans leg movement: which looked a little odd, I must admit. Also, you're animation seems to be above par to begin with, (not to mention great set design) but, when the villain stops and turns (right around 0:31) it shows off what most amateur brickfilmers show: the limitations LEGO minifigures have when switching stud rows when walking.

However, there's a fix for this. Watch the brickfilm "Grace." it's an older one, but has a great story and, the point of me mentioning it, great animation. At one point the

villain

crosses stud rows while walking, and with fluid ease. To jump to it: it happens at about 5:50 into the video. (You'll see what I mean)

By no means think I am putting your skills down. When the villain falls at the end, that looks so smooth, and very realistic. (Looking like he's falling, yet still has some weight to him) Thus: my advice is to work on just those things, and you'll be above the "standard" of brickfilm that seems to clutter youtube weekly. You'll be competing with some of the greatest: right here on bricksinmotion.com!

Thanks for the rating and reply!
I'm glad that you think I have potential, but I can't seem to find the film "Grace" that you talked about. Could you give me a link?

Sure thing, SuperMovieGuy13. Here's a youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsDfBw4DUd0.

While I'm at it, here are two other films that I find have helped me with animation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5_-uP8Cq9E and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff9NtBqfSN8. mini/smile
