That was pretty good! I enjoyed the style of it. Great job, but my only critique is that I wish there was a little more of a set.

Well, it not exactly a film, its just a "A short cartoon Styled lego animation"
movement needs to be exaggerated more. the animation was pretty stiff, didn't come across as a lively cartoon style
the gags were kind of hard to understand. i didn't really know what was going on i had to rewatch it a couple of times to completely get it
some suggestions:
actually study cartoon movement. go and watch some old looney tunes cartoons or tom and jerry and just really figure out how lively well animated cartoon characters move around. i know that one of your intentions with this was to do something without dialog, a lot of old cartoons do this a lot, chuck jones' road runner cartoons are some good examples. try and actually figure out how to make it look like what you're trying to imitate.
there's some good potential in here, i would love to see what else you come up with
Wow thanks guys for the great critiques they help a lot. Now I no what to do on my next animation.
I think you can do more than this. You are just scarping the tip of the iceberg of cartoonish animation. The use of cotton balls for smoke was a very good idea, but I want to see more!
