I am working on a little short video on the side of my main brickfilm project. It has ninjas. 
Here Is a gif of a shot I was working on:
I really want it to look good, so I may reshoot, what do you think? good enough?
If you want I can post a slowed down version of the shot.
It's hard to tell in that .gif, but I think it looks pretty good, if anything the downward action after they make contact for a second time might be a little slow; I like the lanterns moving in the background.
I agree with backyard legos on this shot.
As for the takedownthingy itself, I'd say it's excellent! You did bump that crossbow quite a lot between frames though. It's not that distracting, so you should be fine anyway!
Not bad. The rendering could be redone.
I woud redo It. The motions seem pretty forced. Like after the backflip I don't think he would stop so suddenly. Keep the motion.
I do like it a lot though. The lites moving was a good touch.

Well this will not be the actual video quality, the gif just looks REALLY awful....if that's what you meant.
