I did a weightloss product,
Anyway, I've got a storyboard done. I might make it on time.
Well, you can't blame me. I assumed he typed it as two separate words.
Oh, I'm not blaming you, I just wanted you to see that Hazzat wasn't wrong.
In unrelated news, there has been a group of entries submitted already.
I, for one, am excited!

Dr what about rule #5?
5 - Entries need to be submitted over the weekend of 21st and 22nd of March.
Or is it ok to email entries now?
I'm going to make another entry. I think my one I made already is nowhere close to being able to win compared to all the other ones Ive seen.

My apologies, I didn't change that.
Earlier in the thread we had several people asking if they could share / submit their films before the submission weekend, which received enough support and as such was approved. I updated the first post, but didn't change that bit.
So yes, entries can be submitted any time between now and the 22nd.
I don't think I can enter after all. I haven't even started yet. I might make a last minute video, though.
Well, you've been through THAC before. And nowhere does it say that it has to be thirty seconds, that's just the maximum. You could make it twenty, fifteen or even ten seconds.
Plus, keep in mind that you will be trying to impress the judges, two of which have never seen a brickfilm and the other who has only seen three or four.
My film ain't going too great, and I'm real busy the rest of this week, so I have a bad feeling it won't turn out as well as I'd hoped
Nevermind, seeing Bodville's film makes me realise I have very little chance of success...
....seeing Bodville's film makes me realise I have very little chance of success...
I'll take that as a compliment, hopefully you liked it.
But contests are rarely cut & dry. The only one I have ever won, 98% of the comments about my film was that it sucked or 2nd place was better. So being popular doesn't mean much.
I hope you give it a try anyway, the point of the competitions is to participate. Making good Brickfilms takes practice. I know with mine that everyone I make gets better than the last. I like competitions because it gives me focus. I have so many ideas for films it's hard to make a start.
Well, this is the last weekend!
These are the people's entries that I have received via the email so far:
DarthVincentPrice
BlobStudios
Emma Execute
Bodville
If you have sent me an email and you are not on this list, then for whatever reason your email never arrived and you will need to send it again. If your name is not on this list and you have shared a film in this thread, then be aware that your film has not been entered and you will need to send an email if you want your film to be in the competition.
I have an idea!
But I have heaps of homework, not sure if I'll get it done on time...
Can it be a little over 30 seconds?
