I know the animation of the walk cycle is a little "wobbly," but, the door opening and shutting was pretty good for what it's worth. And, I think the shot ran too quickly, but, perfect for a short Trailer.
While there are some interesting elements, and a nice use of black-and-white, there wasn't anything really alluring about the teaser. And it may just be me, but the title font is a bit hard to read.
When I think of teasers, I usually imagine more than one shot, and more than just the one set/character. Perhaps you should have added another similar shot of a second character or set to show what may be contrasted. The animation is a bit choppy at times, but it is nice to see a hint of what somebody else may be planning.
