Topic: Animation Test 8

More bits and pieces of animation. Shot with an SLR camera on a tripod, without using any frame capture software. It's been a while since I've shot without a frame capturing software, and it's my first attempt at any visual effects, but I think this turned out pretty well. Let me know what you think!

Re: Animation Test 8

It seems to be every time you take a photo the camera moves. Some light flickering as well. Made good use of the clay though some cool ideas in there and some decent animations. Good Effort overall.

Re: Animation Test 8

I noticed that in post. I'm really not sure sure how to prevent that, short of nailing my tripod to the floor.

Re: Animation Test 8

Using a remote trigger or maybe even just putting a delay on the picture taking. Other than that there is always remote capture.

Thanks, I'll look into maybe purchasing one of those.

Re: Animation Test 8

Wacky stuff going on in the story.  But when I shot my Lego Pan Am video, I held the camera by hand with no support, and it wasn't as jumpy.
