From the looks of the newscaster, it must be more of a disaster film. I'll take another guess.

Oh gosh, I can't believe I missed that; so a sci-fi movie you say? Mickey has a good point on the disaster thing, could be it. To be honest he reminds me a little of Eduard Khil.

The guy we're looking for has played in some Clint related film (not necessarily sci-fi). The movie the frame is from is a sci-fi film though.
