Nice work with lighting and effects.
But animation was kind of odd. I mean like smoothy but same choppy. Like the car stucks often. It looks like it. But nice work after all.

Not bad, the fire effect looked nice. It seemed to move a bit quick though, you might want to try and slow it down a bit.
The animation was odd because the fire truck kept rolling back a tiny bit every 5 frames:P
I might reanimate it because its gonna be part of a film Called "A Hero"

I saw the film; you did a nice job. Might i suggest moving your light source a little and using a red tint on the light. This will make the lighting look more like the fire is flickering and casting light.
What software did you use to add in the smoke and fire? I am guessing aftereffects
