Ugh...terrible dialog, unoriginal and derivative of the Nolan Trilogy. "WHERE ARE YOU?!" "Here!" That only works if you build up suspense for both the characters in the scene and the audience. This didn't have that. Also, certain voices were too melodramatic, too contrived, too I'm-reading-these-lines-to-a-microphone, rather than I'm-performing-these-lines-to-a-microphone.

I like the inclusion of Smallville-originated Chloe Sullivan. That's all I can say.
More effort on the editing next time. There's flickering in shots like with Luthor and the pacing was awful. I didn't even understand the appearance of the green eyed character towards the end. Obviously something to address in the next episode, but his appearance was abrupt.
