It was somewhat jerky. And I didn't favor the background how it reflects. But it was quite good in and around the leg movements. Keep Up The Good Work! 
Animation is not bad. You must have been bumping the camera a little, didn't have it locked down. Nothing was crisply in focus.
How does our run look at 10FPS? 15fps is too fast to even see what's happening. Then again, he's only running a few steps being filmed pretty close up, so it's going to be very quick regardless. How does your run look filmed from further away for more steps?
