Hm......can't seem to decide on a good logo.
I hope this advice helps. It needs to be better centered, it would maybe look better if the camera was directly above the baseplate, and the entire section containing the text and the line that surrounds it should be visible. The lighting could be brighter; you probably want to have a lamp coming from both sides.
You might want to try scaling the text down because the minifig is very far from the camera. Another idea would be having the minifig do something, instead of just sitting next to the text.
