Topic: Zane's Spinjitsu

I'm trying to work on a decent Spinjitsu effect (just fo tho lolz), and here's my WIP version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LfiPOZCYac

The snow layer hasn't work, so I'm going to try and remove that, and the ending's a bit abrupt, but other than those two things, does anyone else have any comments on what I could do to improve it? It still doesn't look right to me...

Cheers in advance,

-Jampot

EDIT: Also, is the motion blur too much?

Re: Zane's Spinjitsu

It doesn't really look like a motion blur; it just looks like one picture mixed with another picture. Other than that and the things you mentioned, it looks pretty good.

Re: Zane's Spinjitsu

First, the set had WAY too much yellow. mini/dizzy

The effect was cool ( mini/tongue ) but it needed more snow/ice flying off in random directions. It also seemed too "Fine" since there were no larger snowflakes/ice chunks. Or to put it another way, it needs some golf balls and hail among all the flour and sugar. Other than that, it was good!
