Great little minitown!
I like how it isn't all uniform/perfectly symmetrical. It makes it more realistic. ![]()
I'd also recommend trying to give it a bit of depth of field, since it's very easy to lose that airplane amongst the mass of other bricks.
Also, having the plane AND the background in focus isn't very convincing.
I didn't even know that was an airplane.
I didn't know what it was. I didn't even know it was a city until someone said it was.
Animation is coming to a close, this is by far the biggest scene in the film, and the most time consuming. I've chosen a frame that gives the least amount away possible. Haven't quite sorted the colouring on this, needs some tweaking.
It looks really grainy in my opinion. Also, it's so bright in the background, it's hard to see anything.
In fairness, that was really down to a rushed photoshop job, the raw image isn't that bad

The quality of the picture is not very good (compressed by Imgur) ![]()
Next time, I'll use another Image hosting website.
I can't say I like the framing either sam, needs more of his shoulders in the shot, like the camera needs moving down a tad.
@TopHat Do I smell a new Man of all Leisures film?
@Mickey, no I'm sorry ![]()
It's a short brickfilm (1:30 minutes or something like that).
My picture is a test for the lighting/sets, it's not really a frame of the movie...
I know it's the ''Frame from Your Upcoming Film'' thread, but I just wanted to post something to prove to the community that I'm still alive... ah ah xD

I really like the set you have there.
And that dude with the awesome hair.
Also, I'm liking that lens flare in your profile picture.
Here's something from Sharks and Clowns.
Starring Brandon Fields, Sonjira, and JK.

This is from a short shot which shows the King of Clowns. He's only in the film for a moment, spinning around in his throne.
I love how the blur effect turned out, it really adds to the smoothness of the animation.
ANP, I like it! The blur looks very realistic, and the set and lighting looks very nice as it always does. Your use of canted angles has influenced me to start to use them myself. Thank you for that.
