No I beleive it is "drawn on my iPad" because you have to draw on it. And yes it is super good! 
Saying "From my iPad" is a joke.

This is some artwork I did up for a video game assignment a little while back.
As you can see, my drawing skills are as good as a crazed weasel's.
A piece of concept art I did a couple of weeks ago for a friend who's building this and a couple of others things for me in Blender (and breathe in). It's a psychic alien-entity-thing which uses its powers to build bodies out of rock. They're called Golems. This one's a kid.
I have done a load of other stuff, but I haven't scanned much up yet.
