according to this it's been available for Partners for like a year now, it's weird though cause I never noticed it.

I uploaded a 1920x1080 video on youtube (Apocalypse Episode 1) and on my channel page I can watch it in 1080p. quality (highest one on youtubez) BUT if I go to the video's watch page the best option is 360p.... WTF? I worked so hard to keep the quality up, used a shizzleload of memory on my computer and Youtube f's it up!
The same thing has happened to me, but with 720p. I just waited and the problem solved itself. If the problem lasts, try to reupload it.
Hopefully, cause it's been like that for 4 days now

. On another note though, Youtube changed their uploader page, and I think it's for the better. It got rid of [most] of the glitches and I've even read that now you can have scheduled uploads!
