Although I enjoyed both, Cooked Cat captured the essence of fighting better, IMO.

All kidding aside, while Bricks had the better animation, the ending wasn't that great.
He had just proven a second earlier that having a gun pointed at you at point-black range means nothing, because you can still dodge it, so he needed to at least shoot Cooked Cat and then end it. And the bright title screens would have been better used in a happy-go-lucky EASTER film.On PORTAL, the animating was more jerky, but Cat has come a long way, and improved his animation skills.
The ending was great, although all the black flashes (Especially when he was picking up the gun) should have been left out. It made everything seem a lot more choppy than it really was.PORTAL also had more animation, and better fighting, so I declare that film the winner.
