And here we go, here's something. The symbol for the Fines Magnae Pacis (Territories of Great Peace). It actually has a transparent background, so I can use it in a poster or something or rather or whatnot, but for the most part it'll only appear on buildings and flags (if I have any in the film). Did lots of new stuff I haven't done before in GIMP, any thoughts?

Yes, Pacis is Latin for "peace." Pax tibi, in my avatar, means peace to you. And as Chiro mentioned, all the names of the Pacis people are derived from Latin

BTW, have you heard or read a book called Space Cadet? I recommend it, it might give you some cool ideas. It's so hard to believe it was written in 1948. But very good read, for space ideas.

When do I get paid?

Tiny update: I'm working on a test film that includes all tests that I want to do before starting to film, as well as a few other small clips from unrelated things; it should be out by the end of the weekend, with any luck. Also, head over to the Casting Call if you want to voice in the film, and don't yet have a role; Captain John Avium, Sergeant Mark Valorosum, and Major Tom Suptill roles are now available, as the voice actors voicing those characters have fallen off the face of the planet (or were abducted by Palefaces? That's more likely), so I need voice actors for those parts.

Also, this doesn't have anything to do with Palefaces: Battle for Dominance as much as the sequel, Palefaces: Betrayal; I've scripted about 1/2-2/3 of the film (scripting is so much easier than anything else in the filming process, for me ) and so far it's looking FREAKIN' EPIC. I'm only allowed to say that because my scripting ability in these films amazes even me. For comparison, BfD is 34 pages; Betrayal is already 22. But this is all pretty meaningless right now, seeing as I haven't even started filming BfD (yet -- I should start filming next week!).

More updates soon, and I promise the next update will be important and have a link to the test video.

Whaaaa I released something EARLIER than I said I would?! Blasphemy! Nope it's not, surprisingly... Link to the test video. And as the video states, animation can and will now begin for Palefaces: Battle for Dominance! Finally Expect more updates, coming soon! (But not too soon,  I can't do much until I get all my voice actors)

EDIT: Oh and before I forget... I have standardized the Pacian military weapons, so the Brickarms retro ray gun you see will be the weapon of Blake, Todd, and John (if you'll notice, this creates a consistency in the Pacian galaxy of one-part guns, whereas the Dolorums have brick-built guns); however, Todd and John's old weapons will be used later, to be certain (Todd's, probably in the sequel; John's, much later...).
